Please observe the following unique rules for this forum:
- Please limit your new threads (not replies) to one per week. If you have several new videos to announce, create one thread for all the videos. (Note: if you forget one you can edit your post!)
- Offsite links are allowed, but you are required to have a catalog entry for that video as well. Threads announcing videos that do not contain a catalog entry will be moved to the Awaiting Catalog Entry sub-forum and will be deleted in 2 weeks if an entry is not created.
- When posting announcements, it is recommended that you include links to the catalog entries (using the video ID) in your post.
- Videos that do not contain anime are allowed to be announced in the Other Videos section and are not required to have catalog entries.

While I wait forever because of uncompressed audio, wasted space that, if nothing else, could have gone to video quality improvement, unless there's a specific reason?, I'm curious as to why you have two profiles?

First, the technical issues:
1) You didn't correct the aspect ratio. Scrapped Princess is 4:3, and it looks like you letterboxed to 16:9. Were you trying to cover up subs? The DVDs are availible, there's no reason to use fansubs.
2) Speaking of letterboxes, you sometimes intruded on the black strips when you did certain effects (color flashes, zoomed overlays). It looks really bad.
3) It looks like the footage didn't get much cleaning, or the cleaning it did get wasn't uniform. Some parts had better quality than others.
4) Uncompressed audio. Why?
Second, content:
1) Timing. Your timing is good, if not always uniform. You started out with a rather fast-paced editing style, but abandoned it for a slower one along the way. A few spots of lip flap, though.
2) Effects. I think you overdid some of the effects. Many of them seem like nothing more than eye candy.
3) Coherency. Something this video lacks. The only two consistant characters are Pacifica and Shannon, but Chris and Raquel are in there too. And then there's a scene or two with Winia, rather ambiguously. Is there supposed to be a story here? Am I just missing it entirely, or is there no story here? This video only makes any sense because I'm familiar with Scrapped Princess. If I wasn't, I'd probably be very confused right now.[/list]
