Forum rules
Please observe the following unique rules for this forum:
  • Please limit your new threads (not replies) to one per week. If you have several new videos to announce, create one thread for all the videos. (Note: if you forget one you can edit your post!)
  • Offsite links are allowed, but you are required to have a catalog entry for that video as well. Threads announcing videos that do not contain a catalog entry will be moved to the Awaiting Catalog Entry sub-forum and will be deleted in 2 weeks if an entry is not created.
  • When posting announcements, it is recommended that you include links to the catalog entries (using the video ID) in your post.
  • Videos that do not contain anime are allowed to be announced in the Other Videos section and are not required to have catalog entries.

Dedicated to Katrina (KAK)

Post by godix » Sat Oct 01, 2005 1:31 am

<a href="http://www.animemusicvideos.org/members ... >Dedicated to Katrina</a> has arrived. It's a fun lighthearted look at the tragedy of Hurricane Katrina. If you lived in New Orleans you probably shouldn't watch it....

If anyone wants to kill me for this, my name is Ryno Eksteen and I live in South Africa. Feel free come and beat my ass if you want.

this is really messed up.

It's funny in that "my god, he didn't do what I think he did did he?" sort of way. It's possible that you've found your niche. Still, it's surprisingly funny in parts. Even the way that you continue to *ahem* pay homage to other videos.

It came out brilliant. I love what everyone has done on it.
Although i do think my SaiKano piece came out too serious, it's pretty wrong, but not as funny as the other stuff that's in it.

But thanks for letting me work on this one Godix, and i love how it turned out.

Less than one hour, a quick comment from 2:52 AM promised (or threatened, depends on your viewpoint) to rape me in the ass for this.

Well as Henry Phillips sang, we're standing on the shoulders of freaks.

I think that's the first time the term 'brilliant' was used to described anything I've done.

That's ok, I don't feel bad for starting this. So if you average out the guilt between us and it probably comes out about right.

I can't help but wonder if they seriously were offended, or have just been trying to come up with an excuse to sodomize you.....
