This silly video is devoted to Hans Axel von Fersen, the Swedish count who gives Marie Antoinette some sweet sweet loving and funks his way into our hearts :B

My AMV has footage from the Rose of Versailles anime AND the Lady Oscar live action movie, which was based on the anime and manga.

A silly treat for all, it's still funny/weird even if you haven't seen the anime and know nothing about it.

kthxbye!!!1

I suppose I should mention this video features the song "Rasputin" by Boney M (it's disco) ... and apparently someone's made a tribute video to my amv already @_@ it's linked on my video's page.

You don't have to know anything about BeruBara to see this, it's just wacky and a good time I hope ;) Ok, no more from me! Thanks guys :)

I was a bit unsure what to expect when I looked at it, but this is a very good amv. Everyone should do themselves a favor and at least take a look at it.

Thumbs up on that. At first the live action threw me off but as the video went on, I kind of enjoyed it. For some reason that music reminded me of Jesus Christ Superstar, probably because I watched it the other night. It's certainly spotty and your editing could be a bit more refined but for what it is ... I thought it was an incredibly funky & original piece of work. I might be so inclined to track down that movie, someday.

Thank you both for your honest replies :) The editing definitely needs work and I will try and clean it up for a rerelease sometime, but I'm glad the work overall was still appealing despite my lack of skills.

lol, the Lady Oscar movie is quite horrible, which is why I absolutely had to use it ;) The music is from around the same time as JCS, maybe that's why it sounds similar?

Again, thank you for your constructive comments ^_^!
Hans! Axel! von Fersen! lover of the French queen... it was a shame how he carried on...
