For a first video I would have to say that you did a pretty good job but there are a few areas that you need to work on. There were times in your video where you didn't keep the pace very well but this was mainly towards the beginning but towards the end you seemed to have gotten a better handle on pacing your video. Also your timing was off for a lot of the beats but that it is something that either your really good at when you start or something you have to just use to doing.
The story in your video was a little hard to understand because for the most part all you had was vegeta and goku fighting but you title is about the fight between vegeta and buu which you go to at the end but the way the video was done this is almost the first time that you see buu at all. So I woulld say you should work on your story a little more.
The video and sound quality need to be worked on aswell. They are not the worst I seen or heard but the are not the greatest either.
One scene that I remember that should have been shortened or taken out completly was towards the beginning when you have vegeta and goku locked together at the knees and then it goes to a close up of their faces and their mouths start to move. My problem with this scene is that you have words going on in the song and lips moving on the screen but they are not synced. Normally this is not a problem but you have them talking for quite some time so it can be distracting to the viewer.
