I can't say if I liked the effects or not, but at least there was a lot of them.

Compression killed the edges of those mini-screens though. Or are the blocks visible only on my system?

Yes i think some see them some not..(not sure) i dont see them my monitor att all so i didint bother to start edit them ... i dont have seen it other computer ^^ My monitor is dim so it too bright for others i quess, I whould remove them whit photoshop just my computer is so full and mixt (throwing it from balcony)

so i leave it how it is

I know some people not like this kind amv:s Just i make them for fun ^^

I'm using DivX 5.1.1 to decode the video. Those artifacts have started to show up in other videos too recently, so there could be something wrong with my system. I wouldn't want to reinstall everything though.

I had that particular issue myself, too - solved it by turning off Post-processing in the codec settings

Hmm, I didn't get the edges problem. :O

Anyway, not a bad vid, though I don't think I really liked how some of the overlayed clips were all diffrent sizes. At parts, with some of the transitions you did it looked alright, but overall I don't believe I liked it, but don't get me wrong. This wasn't that bad of a vid. You had some good lyric sync in there that really fit well with the song. So keep up the good work.
