Please observe the following unique rules for this forum:
  • Please limit your new threads (not replies) to one per week. If you have several new videos to announce, create one thread for all the videos. (Note: if you forget one you can edit your post!)
  • Offsite links are allowed, but you are required to have a catalog entry for that video as well. Threads announcing videos that do not contain a catalog entry will be moved to the Awaiting Catalog Entry sub-forum and will be deleted in 2 weeks if an entry is not created.
  • When posting announcements, it is recommended that you include links to the catalog entries (using the video ID) in your post.
  • Videos that do not contain anime are allowed to be announced in the Other Videos section and are not required to have catalog entries.

omg omg, just in time (wanted to get it out before the end of the month 10 min left until mitternacht for me >.<) New video... duh, why else would i be posting here. This video is a remake of my old Du Hast video. I put a lot in the comments so if you really want to, read up on why i remade it.

Hope everyone likes it. It's nothing special, just your average action video, but to me it means more then just that, and well, that's all that counts :P Enjoy

Too bad lyric synch for me :O

Seriously, it was a nice video, though nothing above average... most of the clips seemed random chosen action and the contrast from the calmer parts of the song to the louder ones is pretty low.

Damn me :D

Yep, that's true, but from your beta it looks like it's the only Du Hast video I'll keep on my HD.

the original video was basicly the same, i wasn't going for anything lyrics wise since at the time i didn't know the "true" translation. even now that i know it, to a degree, i still wanted to keep the same random actioness of the first. although it's not completely random, i did try to make it flow from scene to scene better and also becuase of footage issues i had to, you could say, "make" my own scenes. i dunno if anyone can point them out.
just had to use other footage to make a certian scene last longer or do something different (example is when Tallgese III thrust the sword into the bridge of the ship, then from there cuts the ship down... doesn't exactly happen that way in the OVA  ) but yea... this is basicly random action otherwise. no real plot/conept, just to looks "cool" i guess, and well i have my own reason why i made it.
