Try to use more scenes in your video and have a lot more cuts. For the most part, you only used about 5 scenes in your video, and so it didn't feel like you did a lot of syncing in your vid. For most types of videos (especially action), its not good to have your scenes last more than a few seconds. In your case, some of your scenes lasted almost a full minute.
