You should avoid using footage with subtitles in them. Or at least zoom into your footage to remove them. Also, you need to use a wider range of scenes. For the most part, you only used footage from a single episode. Using multiple episodes will allow you to sync your video more and do things like developing your characters and getting the viewers interested in their motives and back stories.
