Pretty good for a first amv. Had some good timing in it, I would say you've got the idea of a concept down pretty well, and your timing isn't bad either, maybe just continue to work towards making everything flow really nicely. Here's a link to a tutorial on youtube that I liked that I think has helped me quite a bit in improving my flow:

Good job and hope to see some more from you soon.

cheers man, I had it in the back of my mind to have my own version of whatever flow is (now i know thanks for that link it should help out heaps) i think the main problem i had is the song choice probably wasn't ideal for a rookie scrub like me, since it had way too much fast electronic beats here and there and since the bloody waveform was at max clip size the whole time i could hardly tell where the beats began or ended XD! also i got a bit tiresome halfway and stopped editing the clips with effects as much, but to be honest they actually were better than the ones i "tryhard" edited. Also my vegas was pretty messy by the end... waaaay to many markers haha: http://gyazo.com/837f47065a1585fbcbec4d3d1eecc946 it stopped being able to number them after a point.
so yeah next time ill probably just try go with a "easier" song to achieve some flow and other concepts, so i can nail them down and go for some obscure music like i did this time later.

I won't say much, but your scenes are way too static and your pacing needs to be improved. Hope to see you improve with your next!
