I usually really like your comedy videos, but I wasn't a fan of this one at all. It felt like every single gag was stretched out way longer than it should have been, and I didn't find it funny at all. It ultimately just ended up feeling like a mediocre AMV Hell knock off, which is dire shame. Sorry to be a downer, but that's just my honest opinion.

I prefer honest feedback as opposed to empty flattery. I'm sure there will be some that won't like this and that is perfectly fine, comedy is subjective and you either like something or you don't. Honesty, I know all blipverts will always get compared to the AMV Hell series which makes it rough since it is a multi-editor project that brings the best ideas from different people and is constructed by those that have been getting feedback and gauging reactions for years, which is something that is tough to be compared to.

I wouldn't be as harsh as MouseBullocks but I would say I prefer watching your videos that have a stronger single concept that can last longer than 10 seconds.

That said the video was great and the jokes were witty and hilarious. I loved seeing it at Otakon and I'm not surprised at all that it won Best in Show.

Thanks. Yeah, I prefer single concept videos as well, but I was all burnt out and nothing I came up with really felt strong so I decided to cash in my stack of clip ideas, haha. This is probably a one time thing.

I expect most editors to not like it as there is a general dislike for videos of this style (participating in contests). I am pretty happy with the result and I honestly was surprised so many people like it considering the humor I used...a few at the con were really upset about the Hughes joke and one screamed out "I am not okay with this!" lol...

But for the entertainment value, "Vaudeville" style humor is an art in of itself. Changing subjects, non-sequitur, placement of ideas next to each other. I mean, who doesn't like Animaniacs? Even Family Guy draws upon the Vaudeville style.

So I don't want to underrate this style of video. In fact, I found it pretty good.
