The first is this year's contest intro. 15 years ago, Kevin Caldwell made his permanent mark in AX history with Engel. So I paid homage to his video with this mini tribute. Along with this, I also produced category intros which featured previous AX Best of Show winners. They all seemed to go over really well.
The second is my Upbeat entry that ended up in Fun along with The Optimists that was entered into Sentimental
And last is my AMV Chef piece. Vivifx challenged me and the theme was Pay to Play, I used all 5 sources - and the secret source was Dungeons and Dragons. (not the first time a retro cartoon was secret source in this contest). In the end the judges felt Vivifx pulled off the theme a hair better than I did so she emerged as the victor and earned her "Most Choice" AMV Chef director's chair which she looked quite comfy sitting in
So I didn't win anything at AX this year, but I still feel like a beast so I'm pretty satisfied
