Forum rules
Please observe the following unique rules for this forum:
  • Please limit your new threads (not replies) to one per week. If you have several new videos to announce, create one thread for all the videos. (Note: if you forget one you can edit your post!)
  • Offsite links are allowed, but you are required to have a catalog entry for that video as well. Threads announcing videos that do not contain a catalog entry will be moved to the Awaiting Catalog Entry sub-forum and will be deleted in 2 weeks if an entry is not created.
  • When posting announcements, it is recommended that you include links to the catalog entries (using the video ID) in your post.
  • Videos that do not contain anime are allowed to be announced in the Other Videos section and are not required to have catalog entries.

You had like one or two good jokes in there but it kinda just seems like you found generic funny audio and put it to any anime you found. Like it really wouldn't matter what anime you used.

Gotta agree with BecauseImBored1 on this. It saddens me not to see a lot of originality in comedy these days -- it's seems only a few editors try to go outside the mold and be creative rather than going for the cheap laugh. This to me feels like a lot of cheap laughs. You picked some blatant overdone pandery jokes and audio and paired them with some blatant pandery animes.

The one thing I can say about this AMV is that it was solidly edited. Which is a plus. But once again there was nothing that really pushed then mold. All I can say is that if this is an Anime Stew, it's a pretty bland one at that.

Only like 2 of the clips had a link between the audio and video that really worked, the rest were just random. Better luck next time :-\....concept is KEY, random does not equate to humor.

Some played-out jokes, but it was okay. Sounds like you wanted to try it out and there's nothing wrong with that. I could see what you were going for most of the time, the concepts were loose but they were there. I didn't find it any more pandering than any other multi-anime comedy video, about average.

I will say, though, that I find it rather obnoxious that the description had a link to every AMV award you've ever won. But that seems like the standard for editors recently so ehh. Just personal preference, I suppose.

To be fair, it did say "Full List Of AMV Awards"

Yes, that is what I'm talking about. I could see listing what this /specific/ video has won, the rest I'm not sure what the point is.

It's more of a convenience for me. Instead of editing each video I just have to change the spreadsheet (I am a lazy person)
