- Please limit your new threads (not replies) to one per week. If you have several new videos to announce, create one thread for all the videos. (Note: if you forget one you can edit your post!)
- Offsite links are allowed, but you are required to have a catalog entry for that video as well. Threads announcing videos that do not contain a catalog entry will be moved to the Awaiting Catalog Entry sub-forum and will be deleted in 2 weeks if an entry is not created.
- When posting announcements, it is recommended that you include links to the catalog entries (using the video ID) in your post.

Re: YO PEEPS I MADE AN AMV CHECK IT OUT!!!!
congrats on finishing your first AMV
I really like the song that you used for this, and it gives a really nice mood to the scenes that you used
So for a first video, its pretty good. But there some things in it that take away from the viewing experience.
For starters, the niconico logo, the occasional opening credits were a bit distracting. Also, the audio from the show that you used had background music that prevented it from fitting in with the audio from the song. The general rule of thumb is to not include dialog from the show in your AMVs, but it can actually be done really well if you use audio that doesn't have any background music.
And lastly, if you haven't already read this guide, I'd highly recommend you to do so. http://www.animemusicvideos.org/forum/v ... =2&t=92942 It's a bit long, but it has some really useful info in it about sync editing.
And if want to learn how to upload your videos here, Radical Yue made a video tuturial for it. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8fqnI-XmWuQ
and this video tells you how to announce them
