So......Do You Move Like Jagger?

PLEASE READ:

First off, I want to say thank you to everyone who has helped me over the years of me being here on the org. I would not have improved like I have had it not been for a lot of you. So, again, thanks from the bottom of my heart,

Secondly, I wanted to announce this and upload it at the same time as Heaven's Faith 2, but knowing the history of my computer and it liking to crash and burn all my files, I would rather not take the chance of having it not backed up. So, I went into the editor slapped a date on the end of the already edited video and re-rendered and here we are.

The reason WHY I wanted to upload this alongside HF2 was because I consider this along with HF2 to be the culmination of everything I have learned in my time here on the org these past few years, and wished to showcase it with all of you at once.

Anywho, I am damn proud of this video. I worked so hard on this, and spent so much time. But you guys know that I like my crit, so feel free to send it my way on this video. I know it's short, but trust me, I think if it would have dragged on longer, then it would have just got blazeh and repetitive.

This is a fully edited AMV, in case anyone asks. Anywho, I look forward to hearing what you guys think.

It had some touches of fun feeling to it, but had a few hiccups along the way.

I felt like a 17ish second intro for a 1:22 AMV is a little long. The font was also weirdly placed and looked unnatural. But a nice opening.

The transition into Ko-On was cute, but the star looked a little too forced.

The scene with bug battle transitioned weirdly into Inuyasha and really didn't serve a purpose other than to set up the scene later in the AMV. ALthough that scene was just her hand and her face, so this one wasn't all that needed. Speaking of Inuyasha, it was really comparatively long and didn't fit with the second half of the AMV. The black flashes were really oddly placed and just didn't do it for me. The lip sync/flap also was very distracting.

:49-end was the best part of the AMV. Very fun, very upbeat and had some nice editing to it. My only complaint here was the Air recolor/scene and when you did a croma at around 1:08, which made the hair in the back look pretty bad.

In the end, it was just too short. I think a longer AMV, better scene selection [and anime selection] might have done it better justice in the end. I realize that we all have tendancies towards certain anime, but they don't always fit with a song well, and need to be taken into accordance.

Like I said, you had a pretty nice attempt there at the end, I just wish that had been longer or stretched into the earlier scenes.

I quite liked it. The beginning stretched on for a bit, and, besides one more thing, I really liked it. I wish I could make something like this myself so I'm very jealous.

1:04 - 1:10: Jagger is missing an arm XD

Well, I have an Extended Con Version that I will be releasing after it Premieres at the Convention. The extended version is practically the whole song, Minus: Christina Aguilera. So, it's essentially a whole different video. This version was made short and uploaded because I wanted somethign shorter and sweeter, bnot long and drawn out like my con version + my computers history of crashing had something to do with me uploading it.

I was originally just gonna put it on the tube, but then I thought of catalogging it. So, I wound up putting it here anyway.
