Please observe the following unique rules for this forum:

  • Offsite links are allowed, but you are required to have a catalog entry for that video as well. Threads announcing videos that do not contain a catalog entry will be moved to the Awaiting Catalog Entry sub-forum and will be deleted in 2 weeks if an entry is not created.
  • When posting announcements, it is recommended that you include links to the catalog entries (using the video ID) in your post.
  • Videos that do not contain anime are allowed to be announced in the Other Videos section and are not required to have catalog entries.

It's a video I made for Youmacon 2011 as my Action Category Entry.. I still wanted to show it here, even tho I can't actually upload it as a video entry. If I'm breaking a rule that I am not aware of (I searched the site rules and for anything in this particular thread) just delete or close this if necessary.

If you want to leave feedback, criticism, etc, you can leave it here or in a comment on the video itself. Thanks!

Why can't you upload this here? Or even just add it to the catalogue?

Technically you are posting in the wrong section and in the right section for this (AMV announcements), the etiquette is to enter video in the catalogue (whether you upload it or not), then announce the video entry. So I should lock it, but if there's some reason why you can't enter videos to the site, you should probably let us know first and maybe we can help.

The song is by Evanescence.... Them, Seether and I think Creed songs can't be uploaded here due to issues with there labels if I'm not mistaken

You are still allowed (and "should") add it to the catalog ;> Then it's okay. Once you make an entry, can you write it here, please? Someone of us will move it to Announcements then. If it's not done within reasonable time (day, two) this thread will get locked.
