I was looking through the videos with no replies and trying to find the best one that'd I'd leave a reply too. Not saying that this one is the best among them, but it was pretty unique and it caught my attention.

Wasn't a fan of the white flashes, but I definitely liked the concept and scene selection. There was some good sync moments, and mood sync was kinda there too. The way you portrayed the writing was really well done so that's a plus as well.

Anyway, I think this was probably the one video that should have at least one reply so yeah, here ya go.

I dug this quite a bit. When it switched from the intro bit to the scenes with him writing there was a shift in color that I think could use work. It took on a very blueish hue, and I would have liked the color to stay more consistent, either that or stray more from what it was, to give more contrast.

I'd also like to see somebody use the scene with the writing and all the people dying...in at least a different order. "ok.. guys falls down and then guy through window, yep yep, all standard here"

Thanks you for the input guys it means a lot.... On the color change... It was more or less to try to change the mood slightly. From Light questioning what darkness was to accepting his answer. The further the acceptance the more clear his picture becomes of his answer, until it comes back to bite him, hence the return to the classic film look when Ryuk kills him at the end. That's what i was going for any ways haha

As for the scene selection during the writing scene. I can see what you mean. I've seen a lot of Death Note vids and I guess I emulated what they did a bit to try and achieve flow. This is actually my first time editing Death Note haha. But it would be interesting for a change of pace in Death Note editing.
