Human.

This video is a reflection about the human condition. Mistakes, fear, and fate are our biggest enemies. However, we keep fighting for our happiness, for a better life. I know that's not the main objective of the anime, but that's the point. I wanted to make something different.

I would appreciate if you could leave your opinion :)

Okay, at first I couldn't really get the concept/story of this video but after a few re-watches, I can kinda see what point you were trying to make. Here's some pointers I'd say you could improve on:

1.Didn't like the er..yellowy/orangey/sepia colour overlay near the beginning.Basically I didn't understand why it was there because if it was really to create a sunset colour feel then it didn't feel quite right because Mikado was underground.[I know, I'm picky :roll: ]

2.Editing was alright, the zooms and some blurs looked kinda good. But your scene selection was really really weird because at first you made it all depressing but then Celty looks kinda happy in the midst of all this :? So I was pretty confused,[I mean if you made Izaya like that then I'd understand because he is a tad psycho :P] especially since I thought the concept was to show the hardships of human life and then show how they overcome it in the end. But I liked the scene selection in the 2nd half though where you added the text, that part was done pretty well although I should say a better font choice and perhaps moving the location/or making the text more noticeable would be better because I didn't see it at first ^^;

3.The quality wasn't horrible, but there's quite alot of blockiness here and there which made it a bit ugh. :down: Also why .wmv? ;__; wmv is crap, use Zarx and compress to mp4 instead for much better quality. ^^ If you don't know how to here's a good guide for it. If you still need help give me a PM, I'd be happy to take you through the stages. :)

I'd say overall, it was an okay watch though because I LOVE Durarara and I love the song too. <3 Good luck with future video! ^^

Thank you for all your comments and advices C:

1. Well, that was supposed to create a "depressing" mood... I mean sepia = old, refers to the past, something that they are trying to leave behind.

2. Yeah, when I re-watched the video a couple of times, I noticed that Celty all happy doesn't fit :S

3. That's a thing I needed for a long time ^^; Whenever I tried to render in mp4, the video file had like 10GB o.O thank you C:

Whut AimoAio said ;3 plus, It'd be more enjoyable with all of those random/sudden black fades. Once in a while might look good, but those were constantly cutting off the flow >;
Hope to see more works from you in the future <3

I liked the concept of the AMV, so nice job there. However, I found the video to be too short and I would have liked to see more in terms of clip choices. I mean there's a ton of times later in the series showing the vulnerable side of Kida and all that (heck, even Shizuo for a time) so I think a full AMV of this would have been better (unless the song really is that short. I'm not sure.)

I also thought the fade ins and outs were a bit too fast.

But otherwise, pretty decent. :3
