I think it's the fact that they don't seem to have any depth, more than the bright color...no white-dot reflection in them, and the greens don't really blend together (too thick of a bright green line) like they do in how the manga looks?

I dunno, just something about the eyes lol.

Hm, I really liked it alot. I guess most of the flaws I told you they were, were at least laid of in most cases. The video flows very good and the sync is somehow fitting even though you focused more on lyric sync and your 3Danimation (which is more of your strong side). But I really have to say I´m quite flattened how good you integrated the anims and some ideas where also quite amusing like the one letting her walk behind Chiho with a gun. Anyway due to the music and the general concept it really creates a nice daydream like atmosphere which I really adore. I have to say a pretty good video not to mention the awesome compression.

imo, the thing about the eyes that seemed somewhat weird to me were:
In comparison to the azumanga characters they seemed rather large, and the pupils and iris were dead center.
Eyes were fixed in the same spot (They looked straight ahead to where ever the head was facing.

I came home today in the most foul of moods. Hell I almost crashed my car in the last 5 minutes of the way home because I was literally shaking with rage. I walked in the door, sat down, swore at someone on the phone for 10 minutes while searching the org. During my searchings I found this topic and downloaded the vid coz I remember you talking about it.

Very nice vid. Even though I was in the most foul mood I've been in for over a year, and felt like killing someone, I was still entertained by the video, and actually snuffed a laugh once or twice (eg: the gun scene). To emphasise what everyone else has already pointed out: the guitar scene was pure awesome.

I give this a very well-deserved 9/10
