  • Please limit your new threads (not replies) to one per week. If you have several new videos to announce, create one thread for all the videos. (Note: if you forget one you can edit your post!)
  • Offsite links are allowed, but you are required to have a catalog entry for that video as well. Threads announcing videos that do not contain a catalog entry will be moved to the Awaiting Catalog Entry sub-forum and will be deleted in 2 weeks if an entry is not created.
  • When posting announcements, it is recommended that you include links to the catalog entries (using the video ID) in your post.
  • Videos that do not contain anime are allowed to be announced in the Other Videos section and are not required to have catalog entries.

It's not original, it's just popular because it's effect heavy and Naruto.
Bullshit, It's popular because it's awesome.

End of Story.
:O And because it's Naruto. We can't deny that fact.

Plus, everyone keeps saying it's "teh original phenomenon video" ... if anything is the original, it would be the very first phenomenon video on this site.

I don't doubt it's awesome, but I don't doubt it's popular only because it's awesome.

Alrighty, if you say so, Daff. I was trying to defend your video in your stead.

The editing style and footage quality reminds me of videos circa 2005, but I don't consider that a bad thing.

*dang, it looks like they changed things up a lot in the later seasons. o__o
Videos circa 2995? What's that? o_o

Heh, yeah Digimon has changed a bit. Season 3 (Tamers) had the kids working together with the Digimon more, season 4 (Frontier) had the kids *become* Digimon, and Season 5 (Savers/Data Squad)...well, for better or worse, it's a whole new ballgame, lol.

Nice work! This is a really good action video, as well as one of the better Digimon AMVs I've seen.

That was really good. Footage wise there was a couple of scenes that looked fuzzy. Other then that I have no complaints.

Heh, I expected more people to hate the anime rather than the song, but I'm glad you enjoyed it nonetheless :)
Babe, I'm a Digimon MEGA FANGIRL.

I just have odd taste in music <3

I forgot to add one more thing, the lip sync. With serious/action videos, it doesn't really look the bestest >>

Ohya, and the aspect ratio was off on some of the footage (the movies namely)

Oh, I just meant that the editing style (to me at least) has the "feel" of the kind of action videos you'd see a few years back. Again, I'm not saying that it's a bad thing or that this video is unoriginal or outdated. It just seems like people don't tend to edit like this anymore.

I've watched this a few more times and I still like it a lot. Kudos on being adventurous and using a variety of synch-types in here. :)
