I agree completly, ppl on You Tube Don't know fuck about amvs for the most part. If you find a video here with a 4 or above star rating, you are practically guaranteed a video with good synch, good visual quality and no subs or divx logos. I looked at some of the top rated videos over at boochsack and I found a few amvs, and they really sucked, just had a good theme, or good music with horrible editing, bad mood synch, divx logos and subtitles. Upload the videos here for good feedback and more honest opinions.. there is just about zero reasons to feel good about compliments over at that site no matter what. I've gone over many scenarios where it would be reasonable to, but I find little to no reasons.
