Forum rules
Please observe the following unique rules for this forum:
  • Please limit your new threads (not replies) to one per week. If you have several new videos to announce, create one thread for all the videos. (Note: if you forget one you can edit your post!)
  • Offsite links are allowed, but you are required to have a catalog entry for that video as well. Threads announcing videos that do not contain a catalog entry will be moved to the Awaiting Catalog Entry sub-forum and will be deleted in 2 weeks if an entry is not created.
  • When posting announcements, it is recommended that you include links to the catalog entries (using the video ID) in your post.
  • Videos that do not contain anime are allowed to be announced in the Other Videos section and are not required to have catalog entries.

There are clues on the DVDs as to how to find the Easter Eggs. The first disc comes with red-tinted glasses, and on some of the liner notes, there is a box with hidden text that you need the glasses to read.

On volume 7, there is a rhyme on the liner notes that goes something like:

East or West
North or South
You cannot run
Stick a fork in her
She's done.

Which means, apparently, to hit one of the 4 directions when a certain character gets stabbed with a fork.

I haven't checked the clues on most of the other discs...I remember the one on the first disc making absolutely no sense, though.
I have no idea how to use this new forum.

Well, if subtitles are on, our names appear at the beginning of the videos. My video is to the ED, and starts with the tide rolling in. Is the dub track on that DVD? (I've heard that some bootleg DVDs are ripping off the dub tracks now, though it seems too soon for it to be bootlegged in this case)
XenoDrake wrote:and can make a copie of it for distro, but i would need to know A) if its already out, and if it isent, B) who made it so i can ask them if its ok to disro it.
I'm not planning on distributing mine (online or otherwise), and I don't think the others are either. The videos are ADV's.

The third last message in this thread explains them for the first four discs.

the DVDs in question were bought 2 months before the first american DVDs were released. and the AMV i riped is a profile of the blond girl (her name escapes me right now ><) also, in this AMV, they use a lot more then just cuts and cross fades. likewise, the DVDs were not made by ADV, so i dont think that i am seeing any of your AMVs. and in light of this, i really want to know who made thos AMVs to i can eather A) find them and review it, cuz its well worth it. or B) ask to upload here as a proxy, to shair in the sweetness.

Very highly doubtful. It's just a little thing they threw on the DVD for fun, I doubt they'll do anything else with those videos.
