Because wurpess is silly and hit a wall with her original Metro idea and her only other working idea with it was with FMP, which she had already used for Revenga, but OFL approved it since that beta was better than the original one that didn't use FMP. But most likely would have been 23 anyway since the original was with FMA *^_^*

Like I said..OFL just has to upload the HQ version in the FTP-folder again and then we will have a download link that wont get deleted after an amount of time.

But I'm pretty sure not anyone would upload the LQ verison sicne the quality sucks monkey balls O.o
