PCM Audio that wasn't even good quality to begin with <--your file size could have been 50% smaller if you muxed an mp3 instead; And it would give you an extra 10MB worth of bitrate towards the 'video bitrate' to get rid of the pixelation. I know you said this was a quick vid, but that's no excuse... those type of problems can be fixed in a matter of minutes if you know what you're doing. Contact me if you need help with that.

You may have used an mp3 to edit with but when you exported it was in PCM. It even says so in the video info box thing. "Xvid/PCM".
