
You could fit the file under the 100MB limit without any quality loss imho, so you could put it on local.
At martin: if you use Firefox, load the page that brings up the preview with quicktime, then choose Tools > Informations on the page, go to the media tab, and then scroll until you find the .mp4 file in the list (might want to stretch the list to see the filename). When you find it, click on it, and then click the Save As button. Then close the Information on the page window and the tab with the quicktime preview and let it download.
That's how I do it when right click > save as on the link doesn't seem to work for some reason.
