Hey there,

Well, as you can see, we all have our personal taste. ;) Despite what it might look like at first glance, we're not a hive mind.

First one I saw was Haku. To be honest, I don't see the need for production companies and also mediocre-looking text.
I think narutomaniac had interesting text

And I think you did what I did when I first started using Premiere (or whatever you use) - you made the video settings for the project larger than the footage, or did something. :o That's why there's a black border around the whole thing.

Didn't seem to have much lyric sync - e.g. "who's going to comfort me" - you could have shown Zabuza approaching the young Haku on the bridge.

Also, if you overlay an image, make it fade in and fade out. Having a semi-transparent image just appear like that was untidy.

Was interesting having subtitles of the song, but I'm not sure it served a purpose. I mean, it's not karaoke, and she sings clearly. (at least, it's true for the English part - OK for when it goes Japanese)

Thought it was funny hearing Haku have a woman's voice, since he's so girly. :P And I thought the song was quite appropriate, since Haku is from the water country.

I really don't think the re-advertisement of your production company was good at the end. And to have it suddenly switch to that music. Upbeat Naruto music is bearable at the beginning, but it shatters the mood at the end.

Now for the Chuunin exam one - I'd mention one thing, called beat sync - such as changing the scene on a beat. It would be good if the video had more beatsync. You could copy a frame to make the section longer, so the scene can change. And also might want to make sure that the character's lips aren't moving when there's nothing coming out. e.g. at 59 seconds. You could, again, take a snapshot.

As long as you enjoy making AMVs, that's great. Just keep an eye out for improvements. I'd found the top 10% videos are a great source of ideas and techniques.
