Reflection - a long over due video release...

I can't believe you made me wait for four minutes for the piano key effect! Disappointing

In all seriousness, this is a simple enough concept that you carried off well enough; however at times it did start to feel a bit detached from the audio (particularly at the later stages of the video). It felt workmanlike but the lack of focus on it was palpable in how the video played out. I felt the song wasn't a great match for what you were going for, but not the worst.

However big on the use of original series audio, perfectly suited to that point. My only reflection is, why didn't your audio have that punch in it to get the emotion of that scene across?

I think you (and others) are perhaps confused. I didn't take 10 months to make the video. The video itself was made in about a week or two in April of 2007. It just took me 10 months to release. It's been sitting on my HD (relatively unchanged) for that long and I was just lazy.

This is the first Naruto video EVER.

I know! Now you can release yours (which is already out, but still not the first like mine!)

-I feel obligated to point this scene out since it remains a favorite among a number of editors for whatever reason. It was so loved that it received a one minute track in the (ever popular) Cat on Keyboard in Space 2 MEP.

I was actually the one who submitted that picture to the MEP (along with two others) and TJ felt compelled to make it a minute long track. He (and other editors) are fascinated by that scene >_>.

Why isn't this listed as Romance?

I really expected outlawed to reply as such, not you .

I guess if you see this, what particular sections did you feel the audio was detached from the video? I think I have an idea, but am curious to hear it from you.

At the same time, I appreciate your (constructive) criticism. It's better than some of the quick comments like "ZOMG NARUTO YOU SUCK" .

In conclusion, based on what you and Radical Yue say, I should make an entire video to a sappy 80's song that's all piano keys and you'd be happy yes?
