Please observe the following unique rules for this forum:
  • Please limit your new threads (not replies) to one per week. If you have several new videos to announce, create one thread for all the videos. (Note: if you forget one you can edit your post!)
  • Offsite links are allowed, but you are required to have a catalog entry for that video as well. Threads announcing videos that do not contain a catalog entry will be moved to the Awaiting Catalog Entry sub-forum and will be deleted in 2 weeks if an entry is not created.
  • When posting announcements, it is recommended that you include links to the catalog entries (using the video ID) in your post.
  • Videos that do not contain anime are allowed to be announced in the Other Videos section and are not required to have catalog entries.

I really don´t know how to fix the errors in VDM. If I remeber right it can´t handle DV-avi without an Avisynth script, but I´m not sure.

This is an easy way to compress your looseless avi file into really good x264 without much work:

I don´t know, but the question is interessting. What I can tell you for sure: More people from the forums would watch it.

Maybe... Can you upload the mp4 on an extern webspace so you could offer the .wmv and the mp4 too?

Another Gungrave fan here and it's a shame there are few good vids of it in org.
Very good video, perfect scene selection and a song that catches the nature of Gungrave pretty well.
The editing and the synch was pretty good although the shakes and the fade/blur transitions were a bit overused. However, you depicted the original story of Gungrave mixing future and past in quite an awesome way, especially towards the end.Definitely one of the best Gungrave amvs I've seen.
More on the opinion...

4.6/5 for me,rounded to 5/5 :D :D

best would be www.megaupload.com ---> I think it doesn't get deleted there, idk
or as alternative
www.sendspace.com ---> gets deleted after some time, if nobody downloads it
www.yousendit.com ---> I don't use that
there are much more, but I don't remember them....

I'd ask for deletion of the Local file and upload the mp4 on local tbh..

Oh you could also host an XviD version on www.stage6.com (online streaming and download of XviD/DivX compressed videos without additional converting. You don´t loose quality). I like to always add an indirect link to the site though.

Maybe it helps.
