That's exactly what I had in my mind. This video worked backwards; instead of pulling the viewer in, it just channeled loads of random melodrama out. It kinda worked and kinda didn't.

The general flow was very good. You certainly know how to use fades

At first I thought the song wouldn't work with this video or Kanon at all, but I was surprised how well you actually captured it by those clips. The whole video certainly made me go through some weird emotional process 0.0 I like that.

But there was too much stuff in it. Instead of focusing on one or two Kanon stories, you just stuffed everything in and it didn't really work out that well. It could have though, if you had split the video into sequences with each focusing on one story at a time, or something like that. Now it's just a linear flow of (melo)dramatic eye-candy with no further emotional load.

If it made any sense, I would have loved it, but now I just like it =P

You had quite a nice flow there and the editing was good. My only problem, as mentioned above, was that it seemed like you were jumping between characters a bit too much, which made it look kinda random...

Overall, not bad, but not too re-viewable for me either (due to length).

yep the AMV indeed had a nice flow, a nice feeling as well. I told you the lenght was going to be a let down, but you already explained why you didn't cut the song

. Anyway I enjoyed it, it was nice to watch, glad you get rid of most of the lip flap

. Quality was good if you ask me. Oh and yeah maybe it looked a bit random thanks to the constant change of each character but IMO it worked to make it enjoyable nontheless O.o and... I missed the bananas =/.

Overall me likes, and now I like the song as well lol (didn't like it that much when I saw the beta

).

EDIT: zomg I liked it WC O: (even tho u lied about the bananas... whore) Good feeling and yea like I mentioned before on those old betas, beginning was win

Further on the video was also good but sometimes I felt u rushed through the characters story and made those transition hasty most of the time. I thought of first it would be a Mai video since i just got to watch those part with her on those betas XD Overall the video was good, a little bit long but blame the music XD

I'm not familiar with the anime, so I didn't really get the meaning if there was one. Nice sentimental stuff anyways. Six minutes was stretching it though.

I know people who would hate you for using Loreena McKennitt (and especially this song) with Kanon.

Simple editing fitting for this kind of music anyway. It was ok thanks to the music and quality animation from KyoAni.

I loved this video WC! The first minute was awesome! It was a bit too long though (blame the song), bit it was still quite enjoyable (even with that huge amount of lip flap
