GfN, if you are meaning that legendary Da Capo (Gundam Seed) Seishiga thing.
There are plenty of similarities indeed.
But at least there you could watch it and be surprised what in the hell the editor thought up next.

Here it was all the time, the same stuff, over and over again. With some random stuff here and there, but nothing as epic (or fun) as the "final fusion" scene.

So I have to say, this had even less entertainment value to me. -_-

I wonder why people put effort into effects when their anime looks like it went through youtube or stepped on a land mine.
