Not your typical AMV: So good, you'll cry

A few things:

1) This video was made before I knew how to change from 4:3 to 16:9
2) This video was made before I knew how to get rid of the DivX logo
3) I didn't write the song so don't complain to me about the intro.

And um...4)....If I didn't make you cry, "Curses! Foiled again!"

Oh well. I guess you really do have to be a cornball (like me ^.^) to cry.

Minion, do me the greatest favor of shutting the hell up. Why does it seem that every post you make is something mean and nasty with viscious teeth? You...mean...and nasty person... with viscous teeth...

And another 'nother thing, I know nobody on this thread ('cept Minion) has meant harm to me because of my using the WMM, but to the forum in general: *rant alert* what the hell have you people got against WMVs?! Big frikken deal! Not everyone who uses the WMM is a n00b!!! You can make a good video on a basic editor - you don't have to spend a ton of money to make something good. Get over yourselves. I understand that probably 7/10 WMVs suck like all get out, but lay off of the WMM people. They usually ARE n00bs - you could at least be kinder to them. You wouldn't walk up to a 7 yr old kid and say, "Dude, you f***ing suck at Pre-Calculus!" because he doesn't KNOW Pre-Cal yet. Most WMM people (being n00bs) don't know what they're doing so don't chew them out for it.

So a word to the wise: see how long a WMM user has been on the org, see how many videos they have, and then you can judge whether or not to treat them like a n00b.

For instance in my case, I have been a while so yes, I should know better then WMV, but quite frankly anything I save as an AVI comes out looking like a load of pixeliscous crap. That's why when I save I click the "Best quality for playback on my computer (recommended)" It's recommended for a reason, people! I'd like to be able to watch my own movie.

Anywho - back to Aeris: YES it's 70 MB YES it's 4:3 YES its WMV YES the intro is 1:40 long AND YES its a WMV. ANYTHING ELSE anybody would like to add?

And you didn't believe what I said about inviting yourself to flaming. Even by using WMM, you can still change it to better format. You're not limited to just WMV.

Yeah... I know. You warned me, so it didn'ty come as a surprise. But what part of my avi's come out looking like pixeliscious crap don't you get? I'm serious. I friggin hate avi's, just about as much as most people hate wmv's. Avi's are big, they take up space, they ruin the sound quality, everything comes out liney - at least my avi's do. Is there some magic button I'm not pressing when I'm saving my videos?

(Oh, and ps - don't qoute my entire long rant XD It looks funny to quote someone's entire post when you really only want to point out one thing)
