its easier to tell what someone has been doing wrong/right from the actual file...

especially since tube adds in macroblocking sometimes and the tube also can desync a video sometimes... another reason to upload here...

if you have a Windows OS you should have internet explorer right?
then using the method outlined in that guide you shouldnt have any problem using it to act as an FTP and UPLOAD to the org...

so i dont understand what you mean by that statement :/

internet explorer has a built-in ftp (that was why she reposted the link)
out of curiosity, why are you unable to download an ftp client?

Because my internet connection is very strange, and occasionally simply won't load a website. This has been rather consistent with FTP clients, for some reason, which is why I didn't know anything about FTP. it should clear up a little later.
