very good ideas effect wise i say...very good...though could have been much better executed quality wise...
u dont seem to have clean cut scenes in those boxes and they seem especially in the beginning to not even be staying in the boxes...
theres also that slight flicker from when u mod....and from little things u ad here and there...this is more at the beginning though...u seem to have gotten better as u got further into the project^^

also lipsynch...i think on this point u could have easily fixed it up...and esily...by accelerating perhaps the movement of the mouth a bit here and there...otherwise it was almost there

if im tellin u thios its for ur own good^^ fix it up an ull have a much better video to show...

oh and one more thing...the sound timing ...im sure u wanted those bullet like echos to b in sync with the shots on screen...
