Please observe the following unique rules for this forum:
  • Please limit your new threads (not replies) to one per week. If you have several new videos to announce, create one thread for all the videos. (Note: if you forget one you can edit your post!)
  • Offsite links are allowed, but you are required to have a catalog entry for that video as well. Threads announcing videos that do not contain a catalog entry will be moved to the Awaiting Catalog Entry sub-forum and will be deleted in 2 weeks if an entry is not created.
  • When posting announcements, it is recommended that you include links to the catalog entries (using the video ID) in your post.
  • Videos that do not contain anime are allowed to be announced in the Other Videos section and are not required to have catalog entries.

Wow, I'm impressed. Princess Nine is unknown to me, same with Move, but I love both. I got into baseball a couple years ago, so I can appreciate that side of it.. as for the song, I've always felt jumpy and happy with these kinds of foreign songs. This was no different. Ahh, thank you for this nice music video.. fast paced/entertaining throughout/sweet effects I've never seen.

I'll toss an opinion your way while I'm at it.

azulmanga: thanks :)

Aaron: Thanks again. I'm happy to see more people liking Move, they're just an awesome band. This was definately not my last video with music from them 8)

About the new encode... after trying and trying to get better quality at the same filesize, I screwed it. I thought some bframes can improve the quality, but they hurted furthermore. The current one is good, unfortunately the DVDs lacked some quality, too.

Hehe, what did you expect from ADV and their releases of "older" titles.

I really liked this video a lot :D but it was too similar to Overdrive  not that that's bad, or anything, but I'd like to see what else you have up for sleeve :)

My older stuff is still online, maybe not for long, traffic is limited ;)

Other than that, Conneko is this weekend and after that I'll release the video I've done for the con (which was finished before this one ~_~)

They did an excellent job with Magic Knight Rayearth, almost flawless. I can't really blame ADV for the quality of Princess Nine, it has blended fields which was already that way in Japan I guess.
And compared to the crappy German anime-dvd-companies here, ADV is gorgeous ;)

Oh, you must be refering to ADV's different branch. I was refering to the one in the U.S. My bad!

Nono, I was reffering to the US branch of ADV ;)
Almost all DVDs I buy are Region 1 DVDs since most anime in PAL are screwed.

If that's the case, then Magic Knights Rayearth was released by Media Blasters not ADV, but nonetheless I understand now. :P
