If I ever put it onto a DVD, I'll make it DVD-compliant.

Since I'm distributing it for viewing on a computer, I didn't care about DVD compliance.

It's 4Mbps average, with a max of 8Mbps.

Before you belittle me, try to pay attention: "Muxrate : 4.42 Mbps"

MPEG-2 does not exist solely for use on DVD.
