BTW Tash, I think he edited the audio from scratch. I'm not positive, but it sounds like it.

I used the gta3 audio extractor to get a number of the lines/sound effects. (which happens to use the same file format for the sfx.dat as vice city) Some were already in wav/mp3 form external to the big sound file.

I had to mix and match the audio, mainly just 1 liners hehe... certainly was a lot of fun.Though after listening to 2000+ sound effects you start to think "what am I doing with my life?"
