What videos have you seen with the same theme? I have only seen 2 true gore horror AMV's (and sorry but Faces of Death *Uncut* was not one) lol

i've seen several very ancient videos back from 2000. I dont think the creaters ever joined amv org. one was done to the song "Oops i did it again".

Please...don't ever say that again. We don't want to turn horror amv's into mainstream crap that everyone does now just because they have "gorey" footage. It takes time, precision and most importantly, one fucked up, sick and twisted creator to make something as true to horror as much as possible.

Exactly !!! I should not have posted this >_< please don't make a horror video b/c you have gory footage !!! It should take a lot of time and direction in your part, not something to just do.

a death/horror vid pretty much has to be done with a death metal song...we never underestimated you really.... just didn't want these to become popular.... they are a completly different type of AMV. and roger was right you have to kinda be pretty fucked up to do it right

I don't fully agree with that statement. Sorry dude, but I completely disagree. Have ye not seen my "Many Faces of Death Teaser II"? Not one single riff was hit during that whole video. Just some fucked up looking footage and some creepy, audio. By fucked up looking footage, I meant really eerie and/or gorey etc.

Freako, I AM underestimating you. I have not seen ONE video that really screams HORROR! to me. Not even the proclaimed "sick and twisted" Faces of Death video done by Carlos from MindWarpet. The closest video that almost gets my seal of approval for a horror video is one that Carlos did named "Alternate Realities". Great video, eerie visuals, but not quite horror.

Prove to me you have what it takes.

You know, for a horror vid to be good it doesn't HAVE to be gorey...
