Sure the editing was really simple, and had some flaws, and felt kind of sloppy from time to time...
BUT, the way you blended the stories of each character and met it meet at the end was amazing!
I really LOVED the way you pulled that off, great job!
This is a keeper.

Thank you for checking it out. I'm glad you liked it. I wanted to keep the editing, like crossfades, just simple. That's wasn't the main focus for me. I wanted to tell the story of Clannad and Clannad After Story in a way that could blend them together. I'm glad i was able too lol~,

0:55 - 1:50 Low point for me. Scene flow seemed way off pace at times @_@
1:50 - 2:27 Really liked this part ^^ I tend to like your up-beat editing.
2:27 - end Pretty much the series with out the fluff and stuff. I didn't really get into this vid :/ but I still enjoy your editing.

I really liked that you went for editing to japanese music (I started off editing to it). It feels kind of different eh? Anyways, nice job.

Pretty nice. I'm clannad'ed out in terms of AMV's and didn't like the anime, but it was pretty nice. 4/5

MD:The timestamps really helped me see where i need improvement.
Editing the Japanese music made me feel like i made more freedom lyrics-wise. Usually my way of editing to following the music lyrics intensely. Since I couldn't understand the language but still felt influenced by the music, i felt that i could tell a story.

I thought this brought out a lot of Clannad's themes wonderfully. =) The only gripe I had with it was the text font: it looked out of place with the RAW editing style, to me.

I liked your editing alot in this though there were a few things I was meh about. The fonts that have been brought up.. I don't know if it were the fonts themselves that bothered me or the... words on screen describing what is happening bothering me.. Though towards the middle/end of the video they became sort of necessary and blended in. I just, personally, would have preferred a way through editing to tell the story as opposed to relying on the text. I think the other world segments could have been left out entirely, I think it sorta back peddled your story a bit to show Tomoya with all the different girls, and felt sorta rushed in my opinion. But on to the good side of things. While in animes itself I really tend to dislike random treks into side characters lives and those types of arches I really like what you did with them here. I haven't watched tons of clanned videos but the ones I have seen haven't done nearly as good of a job summing up this many characters in the series. They all seemed to focus on chatacter X and Character Y but you on the other hand really dealt with much more of the series characters and went into dept with their story. I cant say if it would come across as well to someone who hasn't seen the series, but since I have it worked really great.

Thankies for commenting ^_^ the idea to describe what was happening came from my mom who "will never understand anime" whenever i showed her an amv she would get completely lost. Since Clannad is a very involved anime that i fell in love with, I wanted her to understand it without having to watch it (and even then she's like "I don't get it~").
She understood this amv to a certain point. So I win!!
As for the arc's and stuff, I felt like they were part of Clannad as well and the twins didn't really have anything in the Clannad series itself i wanted to use the arcs. Tomoyo's arc was my favorite so it went in there without a second thought, even if it was just one scene...
The other world was really part of Nagisa's story. So i felt it was important.
