Anyway I agree with ya on the materials Biggie has used in a majority of his songs, and speaking of which he also did a song called Suicidal Thoughts which is self-explanatory. Probably the only song he did which was almost entriely positive was Sky's The Limit with 112. All I'm saying is that Biggie had actual flow in his songs that were understandable and got his messages across, he represented a majority of the subjects he rapped about while most rappers today who claim they hard and know and represent what they rap about are fake and soft as a wet baby's ass.

And it's all good you want to browse and buy the old hiphop songs you grew up on back in the day and not from today's mainstream, I do the same thing. Underground hiphop/rap has stayed faithful for the most part so I've been diving into it more than mainstream over the years. I agree with you mostly on past materials being used in today's and some folks just refusing to listen to today's because I'm one of them as well, maybe I'm becoming disinterested in the hiphop/rap genre............................................nah. At least most of today's.
