1) You should post new AMV announcements in, well, AMV Announcements
2) You should also ideally upload your AMVs to the web hosting here; far better-equipped than myspace for dealing with videos and greatly encouraged. At the least, try to catalogue your videos here.
3) What programs?

Catalog, sure, but upload? I'm all about the limited use of local. >_>
