Sure you can. Convert it to MPEG-1, like you would have to with any other format in order to make a VCD.

Hurrah! It goes without saying that I enjoyed this video greatly. Although seeing Kakashi's lips weirds me out a bit.

There is an xvid encode available on direct download for all those that prefer that format. I personally like mp4s because they look great and are less filling.

The quality was quite bad, a definate

on it, espeically with the anime you used that looked like it was drawn in 1987. It was an interesting concept though, though not terribly exciting in my tastes. I would say a 2/5, you can improve more : )
