My latest and greatest...FMA

Post by Daajester » Wed May 03, 2006 11:06 pm

Well its been a bit since I have had two things... A) the internet B) a new video to post..... I am proud to announce that I currently have both. This will be my first attempt at a Full Metal Alchemist vid. I really love the show thus far, this shouldnt really contain spoilers per say... ie certain char deaths or anything of that nature... it does show a lil more into what happened between ed and al as presented on dvd disc 8. I went for a very serious char profile of Ed for the most part and how he is ridden with guilt over the events he set into motion that caused Al to lose his body. With that said the song I chose was a very "enchanting" song I first heard in the movie Donnie Darko, a kick ass movie btw. It is a very tragically sad piece of music... the theme of Mad world should be how eds world is being torn apart by his guilt on his never ending quest to fix his brother and himself. I guess the main feel I was going for in this particular amv was that of hopelessnes.. or that "final" goal within sight but just out of reach. Another first in this video was my first attempt at using some new features ive never used before that I happened across on vegas... self teaching takes a while lol...it involves cropping out certain aspects of the shot in motion.... really a very simple process but none the less my first attempt at using such an effect... so enjoy ^^
