Forum rules
Please observe the following unique rules for this forum:
  • Please limit your new threads (not replies) to one per week. If you have several new videos to announce, create one thread for all the videos. (Note: if you forget one you can edit your post!)
  • Offsite links are allowed, but you are required to have a catalog entry for that video as well. Threads announcing videos that do not contain a catalog entry will be moved to the Awaiting Catalog Entry sub-forum and will be deleted in 2 weeks if an entry is not created.
  • When posting announcements, it is recommended that you include links to the catalog entries (using the video ID) in your post.
  • Videos that do not contain anime are allowed to be announced in the Other Videos section and are not required to have catalog entries.

Since my award was first, that was my first pic (I'm a huge Ginax fan), but with the VAT awards I like to give the award to a video that diserved something but did not get anything....

Since it won two others, I changed mine to Tim's KOR one as I loved that one just as much and it did not get anything

This vid is just plain fun, and I've watched it a ton of times on the pro discs.

Is it odd that I had it pegged instantly as yours?
Yes- I used it as one of the gameshow segments during the Iron Editor, as it contains both a number of different shows and a lot of them ones most people don't know (either for them being old, very new, or just generally obscure). One of the competitors guessed Hamtaro for one of the sources. -_-;; I suppose that's less embarassing than the guy who guess GoBots for the Transformers Movie clip....

Well, to the best of my knowledge nobody pegged it as being mine before the creators were revealed in Pro- and you may have had something of an unfair advantage given my standard studio bumper preceeded the version shown at the IE.

I'm glad you switched it to give it to Tim, his vid did deserve some recognition. :)

If I didn't already have about my limit of space in it, I'd have to seriously consider adding that to my sig. 8-)

Sorry- but I am given to writing quite a lot about videos, especially when there's a lot about them to write. I realize not everyone (or probably, by and large, many people) are going to want to read through a 10k+ word video write-up, but some will- and those that don't want to can simply scroll past it and download the video. If the 'org had 'cuts' like Livejournal, I might consider using them on occasion- but short of just putting up a shorter description here and linking to a longer one elsewhere (like on my own site), there's not much I can do.

I don't always write up descriptions quite that long- that one is a record for me since it involved so much over so much time.
