OK, since I've been suckered into watching this (by myself, no less), I'll give you a brief critique. Brace for impact.
First things first, it seriously looks like you used downloaded footage. The video quality is that bad.
Second, you know you can lip sync by frame manipulation, right? Changing shots in the middle of a line is somewhat disorienting. Also, if you lip synch a line, please lip synch the entire line. You're not the first editor whose case I've gotten on for this, but I'd love for you to be the last to merit it.
Third, mixing ARs is tricky. There's no really good way to do it. Here, it looks like you stretched the 4:3 TV footage to fit with the 16:9 EoE footage. It doesn't look good.
Fourth, "I Wish I Had An Angel" is a song of lust and betrayal. Love, too a lesser degree, mostly in association with the betrayal. Primarily it's a song of lust. None of the above are noticable in the video. You seem to have missed all the major themes in favor of the strong beat and bass guitar work.
Did this video even have a real concept to begin with? In all honestly, it doesn't appear to have much of a concept beyond "lip synch Asuka with some parts, blow stuff up with other parts".
OK, general good stuff: you obviously get the basic ideas of pacing and timing, even if your application is a bit spotty. You obviously have some idea of how to lip sych, but you need to work on how and when to use it. How to do it by frame manipulation, too - it looks a lot better and it's a lot easier. Your action synch is remarkably good for a first video, I'm impressed. Your tempo synch is more or less right, you were a touch off early on, but it got better near the end.
As for synching audio and video actual content... Yeah. I've already touched on that.
Conlusion: good first attempt. Focus more on the lyrics and themes behind the song, and you'll do better.
I can provide a liner note-type set of comments if you like, that'll take some time though.

Quality ... yeah the Eva series, that I have, isn't in good quality. I'm going to get a better ones and made a new clip. Better than this AMV. Anyway this AMV was only a beginnig. My last work "The place between sleep and awake" is much better. ^_~
Yeah, I know about what this song ... and I couldn't transfer it's meaning ... some people already said it to me. ^_^''
