I finally did a bunch of encoding and uploading, so as of tonight, the newest WTF Productions videos are all up. The ones I've done are listed here; I see a post a little ways down for Kasra_WTF's and Freeptop's (of C&C Productions) awesome Tokyo Babylon/X vid (hi, Freeptop).
So, what we have are:
Lament
A revamp of my first video, Geranium Lament, incorporating a good bit of new footage. It's a character profile for Vash, focusing on his four closest relationships as portrayed in the series. I'm very happy with how this second version came out. ...Please note that the few instances of lip synching are left over from the original version, and are bits that I felt weren't really detrimental to the video for the synching, as the scenes would otherwise have been static. (I think there's only three lipsynched bits at this point anyway...)
The song is Losing My Religion by R.E.M.

(Little) Petshop of Horrors
A short video made just for fun. Happy Halloween!

The music is the prelude from the 80's movie Little Shop of Horrors; I really only wanted to do the first verse, and rather than agonizing over the second verse, I chopped it out (something I don't usually resort to).
It's lipsynched where it would've had distracting lipflaps otherwise; the synching isn't always to the main path of the song, and occasionally wanders off to play with the harmony.

Come With Me
A mostly bouncy, but ultimately serious character profile for Yuki of Fruits Basket, and my most recent experimentation with video tricks in Premiere. Won the Best Technical judge's award at Yaoi Con 2004.

(As it was made for Yaoi Con, I focused on Yuki's relationship with... himself, mostly, as well as Kyo and Akito. This leads to some editing out of Tohru that cracks me up... I shall have to make a video for Tohru and her girlfriends by way of apology.) XD
I tried pretty hard with the lip synching, but it didn't always come out as nicely as I wanted. There is, however, a bit that I'm really proud of, in which I took something like five seconds of clip frame-by-frame to put in the correct mouth shape in each frame (necessary since Yuki's face was drifting across the screen). If I ever decide to try frame-by-frame editing again, someone needs to smack me upside the head.
The song is "Come Clean" by Hilary Duff, which fit surprisingly well for something I first heard while standing in the supermarket... o_O
