I nearly gave up on trying to get this to play, due to the strange codec that you used. It can be played by changing the fourcc to DX50 though.

Pretty nice video.

I got it to play... although there was a thick green line throughout the bottom throughout playback...

The video was very nice, the only problems were a few missed beats and a lack of story; but I overall enjoyed it.

I guess you guys prety much know what you are talking about though I will have it deleted and upload it with an older codec I just figured anyone who watches fansubs would have the codecs since its the same one.

For the record, I've never seen 3ivx used in a fansub.

I remember 3ivx messed up some stuff on my computer last time I installed it too, so I'm not getting it anymore.

Really, are you sure? when I look at the properties of the episodes it says thats the codec they use, plus most of the newer episodes of naruto wont even play right without this codec installed and I have never had problems with it before. anyway I requested for it to be deleted and I will re encode it and re upload it with the mpeg 4 codec that I used in the past

People are always under the impression that 3ivx is good, or that tons of fansubbers use it, just because it's listed on AnimeSuki as a codec you MIGHT need, because somewhere, someone used it on a fansub and caused mass confusion.. or something.

I personally hate it, and would love to see an xvid version of this video.

. It was moving kinda fast for my taste, however, that had one benefit to it. Samurai Champloo videos are normally to violent for my taste, but at this videos speeds, the few scenes I wasn't comfortable with were over and done with quickly.

On a side note, for the longest time I thought this show was called Samurai Shampoo. "Well, that explains the guy with the afro." I thought.
