Well , since this is your first vid I'm not gonna say that vid was totally wrong , but you have some mistakes that almost all new AMV editors make in their first music videos , try to don't make the same mistakes in your future vids ok?
-You have to try to don't use fansubs as source for your vids , the capture quality it's poor and subs are annoying O_o, try to use DVDs in your future vids.
-Save the last version of your vids with a higher bitrate to don't lose capture quality when you export your vids.Or check the GUIDES to learn more about encoding
-Match lyrics it's very important , but , you have to listen to the song beats to sync with visuals too.
Something that I liked it in your vid , it's that you cared for the lyrics and haven't used just fighting scenes of Naruto , good job in that important detail of AMV making ^_^
