Please observe the following unique rules for this forum:
  • Please limit your new threads (not replies) to one per week. If you have several new videos to announce, create one thread for all the videos. (Note: if you forget one you can edit your post!)
  • Offsite links are allowed, but you are required to have a catalog entry for that video as well. Threads announcing videos that do not contain a catalog entry will be moved to the Awaiting Catalog Entry sub-forum and will be deleted in 2 weeks if an entry is not created.
  • When posting announcements, it is recommended that you include links to the catalog entries (using the video ID) in your post.
  • Videos that do not contain anime are allowed to be announced in the Other Videos section and are not required to have catalog entries.

Wow. Excuse me while I go die in envy over your skills.....because wow.

Oh, right, critique. I knew that.

The GOOD: Did I mention the wow? Yeah. I love how you merged 'O Verona' into Evanescence -- a feat I honestly did not think possible. ;) You have an amazing sense of timing. Most clips fit very well and blended together nicely. And the ending was a nice touch -- I was very impressed.

The BAD: I didn't really enjoy hearing the movie underneath the song. I can understand why you might have done it that way, but hearing shouts and machinery took away from the actual video. Seperately, you handled them well, but together it was a bit much. A few bad spots with footage quality, but understandable considering it's all downloaded, I assume? (And if so, shame shame! You couldn't have waited? :P )

The OPINION: Bravo! You have a real knack for this. A few points taken away for the sound and impatience :D*cough*possibleillegaldownloading*cough*, of which I am no fan. Otherwise, consider me stunned! 9.5 out of 10!

*trots off to go download newest vid*

haha, thanks chick!!! your comments are much appreciated! i'm figuring the sound thing is a matter of preference, i'm not sure if i've heard that yet, hehe. all i know is that it's annoying to see someone speak and not hear the words, ya know?

btw, that newest vid isn't quite new, it's the first one i ever did, lol. in one night, for a class, sorry if it's not on par with this one, :-\

thanks man, yeah, i'm going to fix that in my newest version..i need a better version of o verona, and i need to fix my sound levels, that's what creates that static.

i also fixed a few cuts, made them a bit cleaner and rhythemed (is that a word? )

anyways, i've been getting more instant messages about this then posts...is that normal? and another thing, anyone watch my ff overture? i know it's not too great, but hey, it was my first one, 8)
