A Fanservice Vid

Okay, this is my newest vid. I used footage from Love Hina, Excel Saga and Please Teacher (all DVDs I own, of course) and set it to the song "She's Got The Look" by Roxette. I edited two sections of the song out to shorten it by about a minute and a half.

The little gap in the music, where it goes quiet for a second, afforded me the opportunity to drop a visual gag in there. I thought it was pretty funny myself. Theres also small, subtle and also some rather obvious gags strewn through the video.

I compressed it using DivX 5.0.5 set at Constant Quant 2, because XviD has been playing up on me for some reason. It came out looking rather good. I edited the footage directly from the VOB files, via AVISynth 2.52 of course, and as such the visual quality is better than either of my previous attempts.

I also put a fair amount of lip synching in the video as well. And for my first attempt at it, it matched PERFECTLY. w00t.

sooo... I see 9 hits on the vid, what do people think?

I'm not expecting it to absolutely rule or anything, far from it. I know its nowhere near as good as the best vids here, but thats only coz I'm still a beginner with the video editing. Progressing fast though.

Well in my case just my friends here in the ORG reply my annoucements threads , some months ago I was replying almost vid annoucements in this forum , but I stop to do that when I release a new vid and just my friends gave some replyes again, and that pissed me off , cuz even if you give your comments about the vids announced here , doesn't mean that you gonna receive comments in your vids in return , it's sad , but it's the reality , so you gonna feel better if you make some friends around here

Hey I liked it your song choice , I have all the albums of Roxette

And your work with act sync is very good for a begginer , hehe the part at 2:22 was really funny, well I can't say too much about act sync, because I'm a begginer too ~_~

The part that you cut the song was well done , it's a little abrupt , but I can't imagine another part in this song to cut around 1 min 30 secs , so good job
