The timing in this isn't bad, and the song fits the show pretty well. However it felt like a bunch of random clips of the crew, and non major characters fighting. You start by really quickly flahsing through images of the crew having a good time, then switch to the Sabaody arc then all their pasts, which this in itself isn't terrible, but then this is followed by Enis Lobby followed by Sabaaody again followed by Enis Lobby the same fight as before followed by the sun pirates that aren't part of the straw hat crew you introduced in the beginning followed by Luffy's fight with his grandfather, followed by Alabasta back to sabaody again but focusing on the other pirates who again aren't strawhats, ect.

I have a full paragraph of random scenes that are all throughout the show. I'm not saying you can't pull from past arcs, or include character backgrounds, but you need to tie them together rather than just have them be all over the place with no reason as that just makes it seem extremly random. Especially if you're not focusing on characters and just throwing in random characters like Kobe out of nowhere mid amv when he hadn't been seen at all earlier and isn't part of what it seemed like you would be focusing on in the beginning with the crew flashbacks and the intro clips. Try to come up with a story or a theme rather than just here's a bunch of action clips I think are cool timed to music, and it will help your videos out emensily.
