Not too sure what theme or story you were trying to portray in this one. As exkcal said eariler it just kind of seems like random fight scenes spliced together and also the focus seemed to span too many characters. You include that part of the show where Asuna claims she wants to fight with Kirito because she can't live if he doesn't come back but it seems kind of out of knowhere because the amv kind of lacks focus. You could possibly rework this if that's what you wanted to focus on, which I assume it is othewise you wouldn't have needed it in the amv.
It had some moments where things were timed well and the song seemed to fit the show pretty well. However there were alot more moments that just didn't seem to hit on anything which kind of further added to the seeming random part of the video. From 2:01 - 2:43ish you basically have just a fight scene with little to no editing. Try cutting it up more and playing with the clips trying to get sword clashes, dodges, angle changes on beats it will help alot with your sync. Right now it just kind of feels like you're plopping clips into the timeline with little to no reason and kind of praying that it syncs up.
My advice would be to come up with a mood, or a theme you want to portray, or a set of characters you want to focus on in addition to what aspects of those characters do you want to focus on ie. Kirito and Asuna and how they form a bond as they fight together and survive in the world. That will help with your concept and help you start to kind of organize your clips a bit so they appear less random. Also don't be afraid to cut things up move them around if it doesn't work you can always hit the undo button. Play with your clips try to make them sync up with the music a bit better, make things hit on beats or move with the lyrics.
